Space Mayhem

About Space Mayhem

It's basicly a game I made in a game project class that I always felt was incomplete. Just because there wasn't a lot of support for what I wanted to do at the time. Times change and I'm able to do a lot more then before. This is going to be my classic game like I said I'm going to be doing one in unity 3d but make it 2d but with 3d stuff that I can create from scratch. I should write this in an entry.

Update 9/9/2014

Now made from unity and changed from javascript to c#
Version Missing pick ups, bosses, asteroids .  Still done in classic taste
Game Over added for restart

SpaceMayhemV1.1.1 Unity

Update 8/3/2014

After spending 2 days entirely doing the code from scratch and different techniques of programming version 2.6 is now available.  To download, you must set this site as a safe site to download items from or temporary lower your internet security.

Space Mayhem Classic v2.6

This is the older version of Space Mayhem done in Torque Game Builder that I'm working on it now in Unity 3D.  This game is still in beta testing phase and will contain a lot of bugs that I'm currently working on for both classic and new version

This is where anything that I do with "Space Mayhem" will be.  Currently I have a side space shooter with random asteroids coming at my ship and it fires and has a shield.  Currently working on enemies to spawn for level 1 and will be codding for level 2.

Well It's about time I uploaded Level 1 .  It's not much and still needs a lot of work to be done on it.  But I thought I'd let you be able to play it.

  1. This has got to be exciting, releasing your baby into the world! :D

I've downloaded from Dropbox many times and never had to change settings for it. I wonder if publishers contact antivirus software companies and apply to have their executables placed on safe lists. Reminds of the early days of Gmail, trying to send zip files of screenshots and short clips of gameplay for the Thief encyclopedia project. I had to change the extension to gibberish for zips and executables to get them to go through Gmail's filters. Thankfully Google fixed that inconvenience. Manual downloads through file-sharing sites shouldn't be filtered by browsers, but I guess that hasn't gone away in some cases.
